With Jackaroo and Kathouse Kelli in attendance at the Colorado State Championships, Kathouse Kelli won 1st in Lady Wrangler, 1st lady and 7th overall and Jackaroo, 1st in Elder Statesman and 9th overall. (129 shooters)

Results at the Rio Grande Renegades saw Clancy out on top, finishing 2nd overall and 1st Lady. Jackaroo 3rd overall. Pearl Starr 6th overall and Kathouse Kelli 9th overall. All 3 of our ladies were the top 3 for the match. 

Whilst Charlie Wagon had a blast shooting Wild Bunch this year, against tough competition (and only being his 2nd time ever shooting it in the US) he did not place in his category but still finished a very credible 22nd overall in the Mens combined categories. 

The World Championship of Cowboy Action Shooting proved fruitful for many of the Aussies in attendance and without a doubt, our own Gamblers finished strong!! It was a somewhat different match, with a few issues arising for some with a field of 565 shooters.

Elder Statesman Category – Jackaroo, 9th Place

Kathouse Kelli (3rd lady overall) was in the Top 16 shootout and Pearl Starr (20th lady overall) as an alternate also experienced her first-ever shootout!! Well done Pearl.

From here they all headed up to Wyoming for the last match on US soil before they all will return to Australia. There were 208 shooters for this match.

49er Category – Charlie Wagon came back to form finishing 1st in category and 2nd overall!

Lady 49er Category – Clancy, 2nd place

Senior Frontier Cartridge – Jackaroo, 2nd place – he crossed to the dark side and shot black powder for this match.

Lady Wrangler – Pearl Starr, 2nd Place

Lady Wrangler – Kathouse Kelli, 1st place and 1st lady overall.
